AUDIENCE CENTERED MESSAGE DESIGN
This course provides an overview of audience-centered message design, grounded in an approach to advertising that puts the consumer at the center of campaign design. The course will describe the steps in this approach and highlight techniques that will help in designing audience-centered and evidence-based health messages.
EMOTIONS IN HEALTH COMMUNICATION
This course will introduce you to frameworks on emotion relevant to health communication. You will be acquainted with research that highlights the role emotions play in how people process health information. Finally, the course will go over practical implications of that research for developing message-based interventions.
VISUAL DESIGN IN HEALTH COMMUNICATION
Join us in this course to review the importance of using visuals that are right for the audience of your health campaign. You will learn how to make appropriate design choices, select the right visuals, and evaluate your choices for optimum audience engagement. You will also have the opportunity to apply the skills you’ve just learned to your projects.
