COURSE DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Think, Choose, Model: A Public Health Playbook. In this course, you will learn about the criteria for choosing the right model for each public health question. It describes the major model types and highlights both the strengths and limitations of each model. Drawing on real-world case studies, this course illustrates how theoretical ideas can be translated into practical, actionable solutions to modeling questions you may encounter. By the end, you will be ready to collaborate effectively with modelers, ask sharper questions, and make sure modeling truly supports public health action.
